Colton Kiernan

Colton Kiernan grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and obtained his undergraduate degree in psychology in 2013 (B.S.) Shortly after graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Soldier and Mental Health Specialist, where he helped treat Soldiers with a variety of mental health needs. After service, he worked as a private tutor, teaching students in a broad range of topics, from first grade math to college-level reading comprehension and writing.

Colton obtained his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC) in 2022. During his time at UHLC, he wore many hats, including Senior Articles Editor (Health Law Journal), Internal V.P. of the Intellectual Property Student Organization, Research Assistant, and Student-Attorney (Military Justice Clinic).

Colton has diverse experience in civil litigation, with emphasis on personal injury, contract disputes, and commercial litigation. Colton is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice in Texas.
